Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the time they are placed. Our warehouse team works Monday through Friday to ensure your items are picked, packed, and handed off to our shipping partners as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and picked up, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are transferred to the carrier Monday through Friday for final delivery to your doorstep.
Please note that during Holiday weekends or due to ongoing labor shortages, shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we’re always happy to assist in helping you track down your package, please note that carrier delays are out of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed and offer support along the way.
