Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

If your sample appears lost or remains pending after about 2 weeks, please contact Customer Support. We’ll help you submit a replacement sample and keep your testing moving forward.

Yes. If you contact us within 14 days of your order date and the kit is unopened and unused, you’re eligible for a refund minus a restocking fee.

Contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help you return the item and choose either a replacement or a full refund. TotalVet covers return shipping for damaged/defective/incorrect orders. Restocking fees do not apply in these cases.

Returns for refunds require a $12 restocking fee per test, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Once your sample has been submitted for testing, the kit is no longer eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
